Why are your tours called "Fitness tours"?
Because the tours we offer are enriched by workouts with a profissional fitness coach. We also design the route with the possibility of healthy activity, for example, hiking. Certainly, it is done when appropriate and makes the tour even better.

What kind of exercise do you offer?
The type of workouts depends on the group, their condition, health, age etc.
For example, it can be pilates, jogging, functional training, abdominals, yoga, stretching, TRX and other types of exercise.

Will such a tour suit me if I am not keen on much exercise or walking?
There is always a possibility of using public transport or a taxi. Walking tours give the chance to see the country from inside, and to encounter such things that cannot be seen from a bus's or a train's window.

What do I need for the workouts?
An outfit for outdoor trainings. It varies from season to season, for example, for the late spring a T-shirt and leggings will be ok, whereas the autumn will require a sweetshort and a windstopper. Sneakers are necessary for all seasons as well as a mat.

May I not attend classes?
Sure. The workouts are good for health, raised your energy level as well as make it easier to reduce the jetlag sympthoms. But it is you who makes a choice wether to exercise or not.
